Many thanks to those who signed up for the 2013 Arts @ the Heart Convening in Reno. Materials from this year's convening will be posted on our website in May.

What is it that makes a community livable and vibrant? An understanding that place matters! Five years ago, the Arts @ the Heart Convening was created to support Nevada's cultural leadership to champion a vision that invests in people and the places they live. At the 2013 Arts @ the Heart Convening (A@H), we'll consider the attributes of vibrant communities, the role of artists as civic animators, and local renewal and growth through community engagement.
Join your colleagues in Reno at the 2013 A@H, and:
  • Cultivate new partnerships and collaborations
  • Polish your leadership skills
  • Explore Nevada’s vibrant communities at the 2013 ArtSlam
  • Enrich the quality of place across the Silver State – for residents and visitors alike – through innovative arts and cultural programs
